Holiday Ales - Partial Mash
Our fall and winter ales are designed around fall and winter spices and flavors. Some of these recipes will have cinnamon, star anise, coriander, and other spices that remind you of pumpkin pie or pine trees. Each of these 5 gallon partial mash recipes are designed for brewing on basic homebrew equipment. Each recipe will use around 1.5 to 3.5 pounds of grain and 3 to 12 pounds of liquid or dry malt extract.
