Amber, Red & Brown Ales - All Grain

Amber, Red, & Brown Ales are malty and have less of an emphasis on hop bitterness or hop flavor.  These recipes will have malty flavors of biscuit, bread, caramel, coffee, raison & toast.  All Grain Brewing is more advanced than partial mash brewing and requires additional equipment and skill.
