Texas Christmas Red Ale - Partial Mash

This Red Ale features malty caramel, cinnamon, and ginger flavors.  TexMalt Wildfire Pale malt is used as a base malt to make this a true Texas Christmas ale.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Community Cultures (San Antonio) Cali Girl Ale yeast.  Using one of the other recommened yeasts may result in slight variations in final gravity.
