For homebrewers, Oktoberfest can last all year long! Each of these German style Marzen recipes are malt forward.  We have both lagers and ale recipes for you to choose from depending on your fermentation preference.  Each of these 5 gallon partial mash recipes are designed for brewing on basic homebrew equipment. Each recipe will use around 1.5 to 3.5 pounds of grain and 3 to 12 pounds of liquid or dry malt extract.
