A holiday ale full of cinnamon and ginger root.  This reddish-brown colored ale also features a rich malty flavor with Crystal 80L, Special Roast, and Pale Chocolate provide plenty of caramel, biscuit, and chocolate flavors.

Characteristics:

• 6.1% ABV
• 16.0 SRM
• 20.2 IBU
• 1.059 OG
• 1.013 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag (Single Use)
