SoCo Christmas IPA - Partial Mash
A perfect malty and hoppy IPA for the holiday season. Our Christmas IPA has a malty backbone with bready, biscuity and caramel flavors from biscuit malt, crystal 60L malt, and Munich malt. A small amount of pale chocolate malt helps give this ale a darker red color and hints of chocolate. Cascade, Simcoe, and Centennial hops work together to provide a combination of citrus, grapefruit, and pine flavors and aromas.

This recipe kit DOES NOT include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 1272 American Ale II yeast.
