SoCo Cascadian Dark Ale (Black IPA) - Partial Mash
This Cascadian Dark Ale is a Black IPA with a smooth malt flavor and prominent West Coast hop flavor and aroma. Rye Malt, Crystal Rye Malt and Midnight Wheat malt provide smooth flavors and dark color while leaving out unwanted roasty flavors that you get with some other darker malts. Warrior, Chinook, and Cascade hops provide plenty of citrus, grapefruit, spice, and pine flavors and aromas.
