SoCo Milkshake IPA - Partial Mash
A hazy ipa with loads of citrus sweet flavors. Lactose sugar and a generous amount of honey malt give this IPA a sweeter than normal flavor for an IPA. Mosaic, Ekuanot, and Citra hops provide plenty of citrus and fruity flavors. Flaked wheat and flaked oats contribute enhanced body and light oat flavors.

This recipe kit DOES NOT include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.
Yeast Pitch Rate: We highly recommend preparing a yeast starter or using 2 packets of yeast for this recipe due to the high original gravity (OG) in order to keep the yeast happy and healthy.
