SoCo Brut IPA - Partial Mash
A very dry IPA with loads of citrus, peach, passionfruit, and white wine flavors and aromas due to the Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops added after the boil and during dry hopping. This recipe includes Glucoamylase powder which should allow you to bring the FG down below 1.011 and really dry out this beer.
Characteristics:
- ABV: 6.3%
- SRM: 3.9
- IBU: 40
- OG: 1.059
- FG: 1.010 (Or Lower)
This recipe kit DOES NOT include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

* We strongly recommend adding an ice pack when ordering liquid yeast. Transit times can vary and liquid yeast works best when it remains cold until the day you brew.
