Texas Style Irish Stout - Partial Mash

This Irish stout recipe kit features Wildfire Pale Malt from TexMalt in Fort Worth, Texas.  Dark Roasted Barley provides that dark roast flavor that is typical in an Irish stout.

  • SRM:  33.2
  • OG:  1.045
  • FG:  1.011

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale yeast.  Using other recommended yeasts will result in slightly different levels of attenuation and final gravity.
