SoCo Irish Extra Stout - Partial Mash
This Irish Extra Stout features the roasty and chocolaty flavors that you would expect from an Irish Stout. Â This beer highlights the traditional Irish Stout ingredients of Pale Malt and Roasted Barley. Â This beer is a little more malty and a little higher in alcohol than an Irish Stout.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using White Labs WLP004 Irish Ale yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.
Yeast Pitch Rate:Â We highly recommend preparing a yeast starter or using 2 packets of yeast for this recipe due to the high original gravity (OG) in order to keep the yeast happy and healthy.
