Texas 1 Gallon American Wheat Ale

An American style wheat ale that is clean and crisp with no banana or clove flavors you expect with German style wheat ales.  This 5.0% wheat ale features San Jacinto 2 Row malt from TexMalt and white wheat malt.  Cascade hops provide very light hop bitterness and very light citrus flavors and aromas.
