Texas 1 Gallon Brown Ale

An American style brown ale featuring WildFire Pale malt from TexMalt in Fort Worth, Texas.  Crystal 80L, Special Roast, and Pale Chocolate malts are used as specialty malts to give this ale a brown color and caramel, biscuit, and light chocolate flavors.  Cluster hops are used to provide a complimentary bitterness level.

• FG:  1.012
