Our Stein Half Full Oktoberfest has plenty of malty flavors and complimented by German Hallertau hops.  This 6% Marzen style lager is malt-forward and full of caramel and toasty flavors.  

Characteristics:

• 6.0% ABV
• 20.2 IBU
• 10.7 SRM
• 1.060 OG
• 1.015 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
