SoCo Oktoberfest - All Grain

A malt forward Oktoberfest dominated by the malty flavors of Munich and the light caramel flavors of Caramunich.  This beer also has the traditional German Hallertau and Tettnang hops.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  5.1%
• IBU:  20
• SRM:  8.6
• OG:  1.055
• FG:  1.016

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Brew In A Bag Straining Bag With Handles

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag
