SoCo Texas IPA - Partial Mash
An IPA featuring TexMalt's San Jacinto 2 Row Malt from TexMalt in Fort Worth, Texas. Chinook, Cascade, and Amarillo® Hops provide plenty of citrus, grapefruit, and orange flavors and aromas. For yeast, we recommend using Cali Girl from Community Cultures Yeast Lab in San Antonio, Texas.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity. Â
Yeast Pitch Rate:Â We highly recommend preparing a yeast starter or using 2 packets of yeast for this recipe due to the high original gravity (OG) in order to keep the yeast happy and healthy.

* We strongly recommend adding an ice pack when ordering liquid yeast. Transit times can vary and liquid yeast works best when it remains cold until the day you brew.
