SoCo El Dorado Simcoe IPA - Partial Mash

The SoCo El Dorado Simcoe IPA features Pine and Fruit flavors of Simcoe hops and Tropical Fruit flavors of El Dorado hops.  This recipe also has enhanced maltiness and moderate caramel flavors due to the inclusion of Pale Ale, Vienna, and Caramel Crystal 40L malts.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  6.1%
• OG:  1.064
• FG:  1.017
• IBU:  45.5
• SRM:  7.8

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page.  These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag (Single Use)
