SoCo Double Chocolate Stout - Partial Mash
This is a rich chocolate stout heavy with dark chocolate flavor. This recipe is a bigger version of our lower ABV SoCo Chocolate Stout. Cacao nibs are used toward the end of the boil to give this beer a dark chocolate flavor. Galena and Willamette hops provide a balanced bitterness.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using White Labs WLP007 Dry English Ale yeast. Using a different recommended yeast will result in slightly different levels of attenuation and final gravity.
