SoCo Berliner Weisse (Easy Brewing) - All Grain

Our berliner weisse is a pale and low alcoholic German wheat beer with a clean lactic sourness derived from the addition of acidulated malt to the mash.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  3.5%
• OG:  1.034
• FG:  1.007
• IBU: 5.4
• SRM:  2.9

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
