Pale Ales - Partial Mash
Our 5 gallon pale ale recipe kits are typically lighter in alcohol content and bitterness than our west coast style IPAs. However, each pale ale recipe will still be either hop & malt balanced or hop forward. Each of these 5 gallon partial mash recipes are designed for brewing on basic homebrew equipment. Each recipe will use around 1.5 to 3.5 pounds of grain and 3 to 12 pounds of liquid or dry malt extract.
