SoCo British Golden Ale - Partial Mash

Our British style golden ale features light malt flavors and a focus on English style Challenger and East Kent Golding Hops.  A British Golden ale is like a lighter ABV version of an American Pale Ale.

Characteristics:

• 4.5% ABV
• 29.4 IBU
• 4.9 SRM
• 1.042 OG
• 1.008 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page.  These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag (Single Use)
• Fine Mesh Nylon Hop Bag With Drawstring (Reusable)
