A to CTZ IPA - Partial Mash
A West Coast style IPA packed with Apollo and CTZ (Columbus) hops which give the beer plenty of citrus and grapefruit aromas and flavors. This IPA has a deep golden color provided by Caramel 20L Malt and some added maltiness with the addition of Munich Malt.

This recipe kit DOES NOT include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Lallemand BRY-97 dry yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slightly different levels of attenuation and final gravity.
Yeast Pitch Rate: We highly recommend preparing a yeast starter or using 2 packets of yeast for this recipe due to the high original gravity (OG) in order to keep the yeast happy and healthy.
