Winter Red Ale - Partial Mash
This 6% ABV Irish style red ale is full of malty caramel flavors. Maris Otter and crystal malts provide a rich malty flavor while East Kent Golding and Fuggle hops provide a balanced bitterness and some light floral and herbal flavors and aromas. This recipe is a little higher in alcohol content than a standard Irish style red ale which makes it a perfect winter ale.

- Extract: Golden Light LME and Golden Light DME

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast Irish Ale 1084 Yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.
