West Coast IPA with Triticale Malt - Partial Mash

This West Coast style IPA features TexMalt Triticale Malt.  Texas Triticale is a wheat & rye hybrid that brings a balance of slight spice and soft bready notes to the beer. It will also produce a slight haze, add some body, and aid in head retention.  CTZ, Citra, and Cascade hops bring plenty of grapefruit, citrus, and lime flavors and aromas that are typical in a West Coast IPA.

* We strongly recommend adding an ice pack when ordering liquid yeast.  Transit times can vary and liquid yeast works best when it remains cold until the day you brew.
