Texas Honey Pale Ale - All Grain

A 6.0% ABV Pale Ale featuring Wildflower Pale Malt from TexMalt in Fort Worth Texas.  This pale ale also includes honey malt and wildflower honey that provide a pleasant light honey flavor.  Centennial and Cascade hops add citrus, floral, and grapefruit flavors and aromas.

• 6.0% ABV
• 40.2 IBU
• 6.4 SRM
• 1.055 OG
• 1.010 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Lallemand BRY-97 dry yeast.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops
