SoCo Texas Pale Ale - All Grain

A 6.4% ABV Pale Ale featuring Wildfire Pale Malt from TexMalt in Fort Worth Texas.  This Pale Ale also features Amarillo & Simcoe hops which provide plenty of citrus and pine flavors and aromas.  For this Texas Pale Ale, we recommend using Cali Girl yeast from San Antonio's Community Cultures Yeast Lab.

• 6.4% ABV
• 37.4 IBU
• 7.0 SRM
• 1.058 OG
• 1.010 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Brew In A Bag Straining Bag With Handles

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag
