Texas Hefeweizen - Partial Mash
A strong 5.4% German style wheat beer with a Texas twist. This recipe features 2 Row malt from TexMalt in Fort Worth, Texas and white wheat malt. Mt. Hood and Crystal hops provide very light hop bitterness. For yeast, we recommend using Weihenstephan Hefeweizen yeast from Community Cultures Yeast Lab in San Antonio, Texas.
