Product Overview
Texas Citra IPA - All Grain
A West Coast style Citra IPA that is loaded with Citra hop flavor. Citra hops are famous for their intense citrus, lime, and grapefefruit flavors and aromas. This IPA uses TexMalt Wildfire Pale malt as a base and crystal 20L malt and flaked wheat for as specialty malts. To make this a true Texas IPA, we recommend using Cali Girl yeast from Community Cultures Yeast Lab in San Antonio, Texas.
