Texas Best Bitter - All Grain
Our Texas Best Bitter recipe features Wildfire Pale malt from TexMalt in Fort Worth and the mild floral and herbal flavors and aromas of Willamette hops. Crystal 80L malt and brown malt are used as specialty malts to provide a dark amber color and caramel and nutty flavors and aromas.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Community Cultures Hi and Dry yeast. Using other recommended yeasts will result in slightly different levels of attenuation and final gravity.
