This stopper thermowell features a #10 silicone stopper with 2 holes and a stainless steel thermowell that is designed to work with 3, 5, or 6 gallon plastic carboys and with 3, 6, and 7 gallon fermonster plastic carboys.  

This stopper thermowell is designed to be used with a carboy and a digital thermometer in order to more accurately regulate temperature during fermentation.
