SoCo Texas Wit - Partial Mash

A Texas sized Witbier.  This 5.8% ABV Belgian Style Witbier features white wheat malt and Llano Pilsen Malt from TexMalt located in Fort Worth Texas. Cluster hops provide complimentary bitterness and some floral and spicy notes.  Sweet orange peel added during the boil provides plenty of orange flavors that make this a great summer beer.

• 5.8% ABV
• 3.6 SRM
• 15.1 IBU
• 1.057 OG
• 1.013 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag (Single Use)
