SoCo Texas Strong Ale - All Grain
An 8.6% ABV American style Strong Ale that features Wildfire Pale Malt from TexMalt in Fort Worth, Texas. Amarillo® hops and Centennial hops provide strong citrus, pine, and grapefruit flavors. Crystal malts and pale chocolate malt give this ale a deep amber hue. For this Texas Strong Ale, we recommend using Cali Girl yeast from San Antonio's Community Cultures Yeast Lab.

We highly recommend using 2 packets of yeast or preparing a starter for this recipe due to the high alcohol content so that the yeast remains happy and healthy.
