SoCo Texas Cream Ale - All Grain

A creamy light colored ale featuring flaked corn for added creaminess and San Jacinto Heritage 2 Row Malt that is malted in Fort Worth, Texas.  This cream ale also has light spice and citrus flavors and aromas from the addition of Mt. Hood hop.  For yeast, we recommend using Cali Girl yeast from San Antonio's Community Cultures Yeast Lab.

  • 5.5% ABV
  • 13.1 IBU
  • 3.3 SRM
  • 1.050 OG
  • 1.008 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

* We strongly recommend adding an ice pack when ordering liquid yeast.  Transit times can vary and liquid yeast works best when it remains cold until the day you brew.
