SoCo Simcoe IPA - All Grain

A 6.6% ABV American style IPA featuring the passionfruit, pine, and apricot flavors of Simcoe hops. American 2 row malt, crystal 40L and Victory malt contribute complimentary malty flavors.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  6.6%
• IBU:  54.6
• SRM:  8.1
• OG:  1.064
• FG:  1.014

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
