Serendipitous Citrus Session IPA (SIPA) - Partial Mash

A low alcohol, easy drinking session IPA with mild bitterness and a ton of flavor.  Mandarina Bavaria and Motueka hops give this beer flavors and aromas that include tangerine, citrus, stone fruit and lime.

• ABV:  4.6%
• IBU:  37.8
• SRM:  4.2
• OG:  1.045
• FG:  1.010

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page.  These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
