SoCo Scottish Export - Partial Mash
This 5.1% ABV Scottish style ale is higher in alcohol content and malt flavor than our Scottish Light and Scottish Heavy recipes. The beer features light caramel and roast flavors from Roasted Barley and Crystal 40L malts and the floral and citrus flavors and aromas of Challenger hops. Scottish Export beers are similar to Wee Heavy beers but with a smaller alcohol content.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.
