A German style black lager with Carafa III and Caramunich malts providing light caramel, chocolate, and roast flavors while Hersbrucker and Northern Brewer hops provide a balanced bitterness.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  4.8%
• IBU:  24.7
• SRM:  22.8
• OG:  1.048
• FG:  1.012

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
