SoCo Rye Stout - Partial Mash
A strong American style stout that features Flaked Rye and Rye malt which give this stout some spicy rye flavor. Chinook hops are used for bittering hops while milder Willamette hops provide balanced bitterness and some light floral and spicy flavors and aromas.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity. Â
Yeast Pitch Rate:Â We highly recommend preparing a yeast starter or using 2 packets of yeast for this recipe due to the high original gravity (OG) in order to keep the yeast happy and healthy.
