SoCo Pumpkin Latte Cream Ale - All Grain

A refreshing pumpkin spiced cream ale.  This 5.2% ABV cream ale features cinnamon sticks and star anise which contribute some pumpkin spice flavors.  Lactose and vanilla flavoring provide sweetness and vanilla flavors that is reminiscent of a coffee latte.  Flaked Corn gives this beer the signature creaminess that is found in cream ales.

• IBU:  12.4
• SRM:  4.0
• OG:  1.057
• FG:  1.018

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops
