SoCo Passion Fruit Saison - All Grain

A saison flavored with natural passion fruit flavoring and featuring Cashmere hops which provide some light lemon, lime and melon flavors and aromas.  Coriander seeds add spice that Saisons are known for.  Passion Fruit flavoring is added before bottling.  Add 2 ounces of passion fruit flavoring for a light passion fruit flavor.  Add the whole bottle (4 ounces) for more intense passion fruit flavor.

• 6.6% ABV
• 24.0 IBU
• 7.9 SRM
• 1.059 OG
• 1.009 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Natural Flavoring Dosage:

• Use 2 ounces for light fruit flavor
• Use 3 ounces for medium fruit flavor
• Use 4 ounces for heavy fruit flavor

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
