The Apricot Saison is full of Apricot and spice flavors.  The natural apricot flavoring provides plenty of Apricot flavors while the coriander seed and saaz hops contribute the spice flavors that Saisons are famous for.

Characteristics:

• 6.6% ABV
• 24.9 IBU
• 5.9 SRM
• 1.058 OG
• 1.008 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Natural Flavoring Dosage:

• Use 2 ounces for light fruit flavor
• Use 3 ounces for medium fruit flavor
• Use 4 ounces for heavy fruit flavor

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Brew In A Bag Straining Bag With Handles

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag
