SoCo Ordinary Bitter - All Grain

A low alcohol 3.6% ABV English style beer with moderate caramel flavors and a hint of chocolate.  This beer also features English Challenger and East Kent Golding hops which provide floral, spice and light citrus flavors and aromas.

Characteristics:

• 3.6% ABV
• 10.7 SRM
• 30.4 IBU
• 1.038 OG
• 1.010 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag
