A robust stout featuring enhanced body from the addition of flaked oats and rich roasty and caramel flavors from pale chocolate malt, roasted barley, and crystal malt.

• ABV:  6.4%
• SRM:  36.1
• IBU:  33.8
• OG:  1.066
• FG:  1.018

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Yeast Pitch Rate:  We highly recommend preparing a yeast starter or using 2 packets of yeast for this recipe due to the high original gravity (OG) in order to keep the yeast happy and healthy.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain & Hop Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
