If you like American style lagers but don't want to go through the lagering process, then this is the right beer for you.  This very light color and lightly hopped beer is very thirst quenching and a perfect beer for a hot summer day.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  4.5%
• OG:  1.043
• FG:  1.008
• IBU:  10.5
• SRM:  3.0

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

* We strongly recommend adding an ice pack when ordering liquid yeast.  Transit times can vary and liquid yeast works best when it remains cold until the day you brew.
