This Belgian style Saison is packed with ginger and lemon flavors.  This beer is hopped with Northern Brewer and Hallertau hops and flavored with ginger root and lemongrass.

Characteristics:

• 6.5% ABV
• 6.7 SRM
• 26.5 IBU
• 1.064 OG
• 1.015 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using White Labs WLP565.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
