SoCo Honey Porter - Partial Mash

An American style porter with chocolate and caramel malt flavors that pair nicely with the addition of honey malt and wildflower honey.  Amarillo® hops and Cascade hops provide a complimentary bitterness and some fruit and floral flavors and aromas.

• 6.4% ABV
• 32.9 SRM
• 32.4 IBU
• 1.062 OG
• 1.013 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page.  These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag (Single Use)
• Fine Mesh Nylon Hop Bag With Drawstring (Reusable)
