SoCo Honey Citrus Blonde Ale - All Grain

An American style blonde ale with sweet orange peel, wildflower honey, and honey malt.  Sweet orange peel provides plenty of orange flavors and aromas.  Honey malt andn wildflower honey give this beer sweet honey flavor.  A perfect beer to drink while sitting by the pool on a hot summer day.

• OG:  1.045
• FG:  1.008

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
