SoCo Honey Best Bitter - All Grain

A mildly sweeter version of our SoCo Best Bitter with added honey malt which gives this beer a light honey flavor.  The English style Fuggle and East Kent Golding hops provide earthy and pleasant hop aromatics while the specialty malts contribute biscuit and caramel malt flavors.  Amber in color, but has a soft and toasty finish.

• ABV:  4.5%
• SRM:  10
• IBU:  28
• OG:  1.047
• FG:  1.013

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
