SoCo Hefeweizen - Partial Mash
A traditional German style hefeweizen with a perfect balance of banana and clove notes. German wheat malt gives this beer a pale straw colored cloudiness. Lightly hopped for balance with very low bitterness.Â

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 3068 liquid yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.
