SoCo Gluten-Free Summer Ale Extract Kit

A low ABV Gluten Free beer that is perfect for hot summer months. Our Gluten-Free Summer Ale features Sorghum extract and Motueka hops.  Moteuka hops provide very light lemon and citrus flavors and aromas.  This recipe also includes bitter orange peel and coriander seeds which contribute additional citrus and spice flavors.  BriesSweet™ White Sorghum Extract is a gluten free, 100% concentrated wort made from the unmalted grain, not the cane, of the white sorghum plant.  We recommend using Lallemand Nottingham Ale yeast because it is Gluten-Free.

• OG:  1.048
• FG:  1.014

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast or priming sugar.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops
